Night shift on friday was a tough one. Only had brunch.. and asked my colleague to tabao for me from his home.. want to eat his mom's cooking. SEE! how much i want to eat home cooked rice!! In the end, he bought me chicken rice.. cause his mom was not home. And then, my this colleague.. who went for hospital duty.. forgot to bring his chicken rice.. asked me if i want.. can have it. So, i had 2 chicken rice on that night.

Just to watch Liverpool match last night, i put alarm at 3.40am as the game starts at 4am. And want to get another 10mins, i got 3hrs.. which means i woke up at 6.40am.. I stared at the clock and awhile.. and take a second look... 6.40am?!!! i'm supposed to leav home latest by 6.30am.

Reached yishun mrt about 6.55.. reached my base by 8am. But lucky thing was i'm deployed to do base duties.. anyway, we decided to start work late... because of revenge on another team. I was deployed to do main gate duties. And today... so many bloody cars come in and out.. so many contractors come for service this and that.. i only can have my breakfast at 11am PEACEFULLY. Lunch came early and i decided to have it at a later time.. who knows.. by 2pm when i'm going to have it, it was thrown away. And don't know what shit big day is today.. so many senior officers came down.. even commander of PCG. I must say, i hate salute.

Left base for ward duty at NUH. Spent the next 6hrs there looking at the subject that was being cut by the propeller. Somehow, i hate and pity him at the same time. I hate him because he's caused so much trouble to us.. make us look like idiot sitting there doing nothing.. and pity him because it's not easy to risk your life just to have a better living in sg. It's always poverty, money that make illegal immigrants commit these mistakes.

My friend saw him looking in daze, asked him, 'What are you thinking?' He replied, 'Parents.'
Sigh. My friend told him, with those hand movements picturing... 'After 3months, go back.. earn money.. get passport.. or work permit then come sg. Sg.. need passport. Don't swim here. '

During these 6hrs, i realised how noble a nurse is. My friend and i.. were more like a nurse.. just that we are armed with guns and bullets.. in a different uniform. The subject need to eat, we make nicely.. adjust the bed.. bring the cup to his mouth. He wants to read magazine.. take for him.. put back for him.. And urine.. of course the nurse bring the flask to him.. and then.. i took the flask... i'm like.. WHAT THE !@#$.. but wait till you see the expression when you saw the difficulty of urinating..

There was this auntie.. telling his son not to become a police.. why? She said to her son, ' You see, police jaga (look after) people urine blah blah.. ' It's just nothing come out good from her mouth. Police has his duties.. and it's so difficult to show compassionate to those who commit crimes because of their families.. their children.. their parents.. they just want to have a better life.

Okay, i reached home late due to the ward duties.. back at 11pm. At 6plus, i called my dad to take away for me.. just buy any food and leave it at home. But my dad said later mom come back then go buy.. scared food will be cold.. as my mom went for facial. And then, my mom came back home and dad forgot about my dinner. At 1030, i called back. Told them i'm still outside my base.. and asked about my dinner.. my mom asked, 'WHAT?! come back i cook for you..' and i replied nvm.. i still got my bread.... asked them to go sleep first.

Reached home, took out my bread and finished up the remaining 5slices. Mom came out.. and cook noodle for her son.. dad came out to help too. haha. So nice eh? Thanks so much. =)

I'm too hungry that i finished the last 5 slices and the remainig tunas..
